When I called for information yesterday the call was answered by someone in CENTRAL AMERICA. With employment so low in our country, WHY IS UPS SENDING AMERICAN JOBS TO MEXICO?I was told over the phone I could pickup the packages at the South Seattle location on 7th Ave S. between 7 and 8 pm. When I arrived I discovered a long wait line before me. Even though they know this time frame is extremely busy, they only had 2 sometimes 3 people helping. I stood in line a long time.
