Eric just helped me resolve a very old problem that I was not even aware of. Eric is everything the reviews say about him, helpful, informative, courteous and fast.I can't think of all the words I should say except "thanks so very much".

Eric took my call a couple of years ago and handled my case till the end. He was personable, reassuring, and always let me know what was going on. It all worked out far better than it could of, and I know without his help, it would not have. i recommend Eric.

Eric Schurman was filling in for my attorney who left on vacation in a hurry and did not brief Eric on my case before he left. Without hesitation (the day of my hearing), Eric jumped into the paperwork and met with myself then the opposing council immediately. I got my first DUI in September, I contacted Mr. Schurman and he was awesome! He reduced my charge to Neg. Driving 1st degree, even though the evidence in my case was very strong that I got DUI. He also won the hearing with Licensing department and kept my license for me. The result was unbelievable!

I called to find out if I had a case and he was flat out rude. Apparently my case is a civil matter, which i didn't know, and he only deals with criminal. Doesn't mean you have to be an a-hole. Thanks for nothing jerk. Have fun burning in hell with the rest of your cold hearted lawyer buddies.

I was having some issues with a Domestic Violence case and I approached Eric Schurman. I was impressed with him from the beginning itself. When I was arrested for a DUI (which was questionable) I had a public defender. He would not return my calls and never updated me on what was going on with my case. I was scared that I would end up with a terrible deal, so I started looking through the phonebook for another attorney. I called several and they were all very expensive. I called Eric and he was willing to work out a payment plan for me and took my case right away. He was INCREDIBLE! He was extremely aggresive with trying to get my case dropped and be cause of him I was able to make a fabulous deal that dropped my case from a DUI to a Neglegent Driving 2nd degree, which is not a criminal offense. He is amazing and I would give his name to anyone that needed an awesome attorney! Thank you Eric!!!

I was arrested and charged with driving under the influence just after I dropped a friend off at the Sea-Tac Airport. My car was impounded and I had many unpleasant fears. I am a commercial truck driver and was fearful that a conviction would effect my employment status as a Union truck driver. Eric was very aggressive in my defense and I was floored when my case was dismissed completely. If you need an attorney and are in a tough situation like I was, then I would recommend you call Eric. No Help whatsoever offered to a 50 year old Italian grandmother accused of assault against her convicted multiple felon daughter-in-law who has a pending domestic violence charge which she is planning to flee the state of Washington from. My Wife has no criminal history and was only trying to protect her grandson. We are victims of the recession and were told, and I quote, " You should have saved for a rainy day!" We did. Our savings have been depleted by the recession and trying to stay afloat. I cannot afford a $1500 dollar retainer and get my wife out of jail immediately. I offered payments, which I can guarantee, to no avail. Mr. Schurman is not right. He is not wrong. He is sadly, morally bankrupt.
