My rating is really -1 star. Took a Coach suede and leather trimmed bag in for cleaning. When I received it back the leather trim was ripped down to the metal in many places. They wouldn't take responsility or compensate for destroying the bag.

As of this writing, 5/8/14, this review is two years old. We gave this customer a warning about her purse and it is highly likely she signed a release of liability for our company. It is also likely that her purse was in very poor condition. We take extra care to explain our services to customers particularly when there is even the slightest chance of not achieving the customers expectations.
