Included are 1)the personal review of a conversation with this guy and 2)the Respond to the respond of Melissa.1) Unprofessional communication: the conversation is responded by one male staff who sighed frequently and the "Oh my ghost!" statements throughout the conversation that lasted ~5 minutes. Even when it was a simple pause for me to ask my partners for clarification regarding our rental he sighed and "oh my gosh" when I was asking my partner. Simple communication skill is lacking! 2) She did not say you were located in Tampa. She was comparing the services in Tampa and indicated she "have never had a problem" with them over there

I am an owner of a local excavating company and have used a couple different recycling companies in Tampa and have never had a problem- Until I came across Josh @ KT- I just want to give a WARNING to all of you that recycle. If you deal with this company get everything in writing- don't depend on emails, text or even phone conversations- they will end up taking your money..so BEWARE

i've been working with joe for years and never even think about calling anyone else. he's honest, flexible and fair. he goes out of his way to be dependable and do what he says when he says.
