Heath Northwest
727 S 96th St, Seattle, WA 98108
Heath Northwest was established in 1967 by founder, Jim Smith. The company was originally involved in lighting maintenance and eventually evolved into an electrical sign company with the purchase of Valley Neon in Yakima. Upon moving into a 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Yakima, Heath Northwest became the largest custom sign company in Washington and Oregon. In 1987 the company was sold to a Canadian conglomerate. After 11 years the company was again sold to a Texas based sign company who, upon acquiring the company, decided to change the focus toward predominately national accounts. This let to the opportunity for Ramsay Signs to acquire Heath Northwest in 2002. Since the acquisition, Heath Northwest has continued to increase their reputation throughout the northwest as one of the premier sign companies with a local and national customer base.
