I purchased a ring from Gary Tipp with an outrageously, overstated appraisal. When I had the center stone, which was a beryllium heated sapphire, reset into another mounting, I found that the ring was worth maybe a third of the appraised value at the most.
This jeweler does not stand behind his jewelry. Would not recommend using him or his company. Find someone you can trust.

I recieved a Columbian emerald pendant as a gift from my husband and popped in here last week to see their other items. This store is a gem!
