Provided by YPmobileFelt like there was no understanding of my background. I couldn't discuss options with her I would ask about programs then be insulted and she would leave before even listening to me. Also I trouble scheduling appointments and regularly not answering the phone during business hours. It was stress on my life because angry outbursts when making requests, put downs and insults to my character.
