Don't believe the all 5 star ratings. As seen on other websites, Poletti's staff are responsible for most of those 5 star ratings. It's all professional and pleasant until you sign the lease and get the keys. It all goes downhill from there. They aren't timely with repairs, they're rude and condescending, and downright unprofessional. If you're a property owner ask to see some of their other properties. Take a look around and then go by later and talk with the residents. Ask those tenants (not Poletti) for previous tenants names & numbers and find out how they were treated upon move out and how all of their deposit was stolen by their cleaning team -- Leann's (head property manager) husband.

I signed a contract for Dave Poletti and Associates to manage my apartment building, qualify appropriate tenants and pay my rent on time. They paid my rent on time, but they ruined my building. They only look at a tenants ability to pay and don't care what they do to the apartments, in the apartments or anything else. I have cancelled my contract with them and just hope I can keep some of the tenants in place after their experience with Dave Poletti's property management team. Not one tenant has had one good thing to say about them. I get bills every month for various repairs, maintenance, and upkeep yet when I visit the property it's in all kind of disrepair.

It doesn't matter if you're a tenant or a property owner looking for a property management company, you will get kind, courteous, and attentive service until you sign the paperwork. After that tenants can expect slow service and no acceptance of responsibility by their staff. Owners can expect to get their rent on time because Poletti is going to get their money on time. But your property will start to deteriorate and have problems that will all be ignored by Poletti's property management team. People are using and selling drugs throughout our large apartment building. They don't care. The only thing they care about is their money. Rules say no smoking. At least 12 of the apartments here have smokers. Rules say no pets. 4 tenants have dogs and at least 6 tenants have cats. One apartment even has lab rats from a school project running all over their apartment. In the end they will steal your deposit, So you do better in a complex with a $99 deposit.

I moved to town recently with my job transfer. I had rented a condo with another property management company but when I arrived, they rented it out to someone else by "mistake". I was furious but they said the condo was occupied now and nothing they could do. I had to scramble to find a place and located a nice comparable condo in the Cosmopolitan downtown through Dave Poletti & Associates. I explained my urgency and they were able to show me the condo, do all of the paperwork online, and get me the keys in two days. Just in time for my furniture arriving. Ashlie really went beyond the call of duty to take care of me and my situation. I can't give a higher recommendation to these guys.

I did'nt think good Property Management existed in Seattle until I found out about Dave Poletti and Associates.

Trust is a pretty big word and my trust does not come easily.At first I thought maybe they were just saying all the right things to get my business. I work with Dave Poletti & Associates on a weekly basis. They hire Blue Flame Heating and Air Conditioning to take care of their tenants heating and cooling issues. Ashley went out of her way to meet me early to sign my lease because I had an early flight out of town. The place was in absolutely perfect condition when I moved in. I have had several bad property managers in recent years and was pretty fed up with management companies. I was referred to this company by my neighbor in our condo building that had great things to say about their overall experience. I decided to give it another try and I'm happy I did. The staff is very friendly and understanding of my needs. I wish I would have found them years ago.

We have been very happy with our property manager Dave Poletti & Associatesfor the past 3 years. They have been very attentive to our home and have always taken good care of it as we live overseas. I especially love the easy to understand statements we get via email and direct depositsto our bank acccount.
