It is because of Pat Conroy that my son is finally having surgery. Over a 6 month period and numerous letters our insurance twice denied our son's surgery. When Pat found out what we had been through he went to bat for us and was able to get it approved. What a professional. He kept us up to date as to what was happening and would tell us not to worry he had other options to try. He was always positive and so supportive. Our son has waited many years for this surgery and we are so fortunate Pat was our advocate. Thank you, Tom and Kendel Harding
