Was a long term tenant and have become very concerned and disappointed the past few months. Not only has the quality of living decreased, your renters rights will not be honored. Be careful about moving in, your attempt of communication will be ignored, we found signs of illegal entry to our home while we were out of town and the manager denied and hung up on us when we confronted him. He has a personal in with the general manager/owner and their priority is NOT the tenant anymore, he has supplied letters stating “If you think complaining is going to jeopardize my job you will fail in that attempt,” not to mention the horrible grammar and spelling. Please, please be careful, I don't recommend living here, every letter, note; posting has been illegal and violates state law. He is rude, violent, condescending; he leaves childish snotty letters on your doors and will go out of his way to personally make you WANT to move with his actions. I reported all of this to the owner and she flat out refused to address anything and nothing ever came from reporting the illegal letters, entry, and concern we had for ourselves. Many people in the building (5+ years) have left because of how tenants are mistreated. I feel unsafe, un-cared for, and your needs are the last thing they worry about. They don’t seem to care if they have an empty building, that the attitude on their shoulders. You're asking to walk into legal trouble and the state REALLY needs to get involved.
