I rented a moving truck from Portland to Seattle. I returned the truck a day early full of gas to a dealer of Budget Rental - "Truck Rental of Seattle". No one was at the dealer, because it was a holiday. I trusted they would close out my account with no extra charges. Instead they charged me a "top of fuel" fee, since I was not there to dispute it. I have a receipt from Chevron showing I filled the tank. When I called to question the charge, the guy there was a total jerk and hung up on me. I am an honest person and would never dispute a charge that was valid. Obviously this Budget Dealer is not honest and took advantage of the situation, because I was not there to dispute the extra charge and prove from the gas gauge that the tank was full. I'm guessing he decided to fill up his own car on my dime and never thought I would dispute it. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH TRUCK RENTAL OF SEATTLE, 2724 4TH AVE S. SEATTLE, WA. They are crooks!
