I had an amazing experience with Parrish and Kendra at the Budget Blinds store in West Seattle. I felt really comfortable with them, not only because of their obvious expertise but also because they were so refreshingly low-key. These people really know blinds! There was no pressure, only the desire to help me get the blinds that best fit my home and my lifestyle. I would definitely recommend Budget Blinds to anyone-they rock!

We recently contacted Budget Blinds of West Seattle for help with window treatment solutions for a condo we were remodeling. a representative of the company came to our home, and gave us excellent advice with regards to our needs for light control, privacy, and style. The measuring was done, the blinds were selected and ordered, and were later installed, with no problems. Even though a blizzard forced many vendors to cancel deliveries, Budget Blinds of West Seattle managed to get our blinds installed before Christmas, as requested. The end result is beautiful and functional. We couldn't be more pleased.

Budget Blinds of West Seattle has excellent customer service, the turn around time for my custom solar shade was very reasonable. The installer was very neat and the install was fast. Budget is the key word, the price was very inexpensive compared to anywhere else I shopped. Love shopping at local businesses in West Seattle

They did a great job from start to finish. The quoting process was clear and straightforward, and they provided great input about our options to fit the look we wanted into a slightly complicated corner of the living room. Everything was completed on time, and done well...I got more than my money's worth.

Your "just in time" inventory system worked just fine. Nathan installed the solar shades on July 6th and the sun arrived in full force the next day. Nathan was very professional and pleasant to talk with. The solar shades have been great. We would like to thank you, Paige, and Nathan for being so pleasant and efficient.

Just had budget blinds replace my 1940 steel blinds with some nice painted wood blinds. Big improvement. They came out and took precise measurements and reviewed my options with me. When the blinds came in, the installer was in and out in about 40 minutes. very clean and thorough. I have no complaints. Even found a coupon for the order:)

Really wonderful crew there at Budget Blinds! I had purchased blinds a few years ago. When a consultant came over to my home, she was extremely helpful in discussing with me all the choices for what would be best for my home. She had many samples, and we talked about translucency, privacy, etc. She took the time for me with no pressure. One of the blinds malfunctioned recently due to wear and tear with the string breaking. I called the business up and found out that the blinds were still covered under warranty. I then called back to find out how to remove them to bring them in. It turned out this was a slightly older version and so they researched the connections and called me back with instructions. They had tried it out in their showroom first before calling me to explain to me over the phone how to do it. I really appreciated the extra effort to assist me. When I came in to pick up the repaired blinds, they were also helpful and assisted in taking it out of the box and explaining the different parts that were included. All of this was for free. From beginning to end, the staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for your time and help on selecting those fabulous curtains with us. We're very excited and know It's going to look great in our new home.

Kendra is a very cordial and intelligent young woman. She showed up, efficiently went about measuring and gave me the benefit of a sales event. She explained everything to me clearly, had examples to show of the different materials. She obviously knows her stuff! The shades were delivered within the estimated time frame. Nathan, the installer, very polite, clean, showed up ahead of time, did great job. I had made a comment in passing when Kendra came for the estimate that I wanted to the old fashioned kind of crocheted pull-downs for the shades (expecting I'd have to of course find them elsewhere). When the shades were installed, they came with the crocheted pull-downs on them. Thank you Kendra, you're a great listener!Take Kendra's advice on what products to use. Just use this company!!!

I highly recommend Budget Blinds to anyone looking for window coverings. The office staff worked diligently with me in order to schedule my initial consultation, and although they weren't doing home consultations during a specific time frame, they were able to fit me in - going above and beyond what I expected. Paige went through many blind options with me and discussed the premium blinds I wanted and compared them against a comparable brand that saved me money but didn't compromise on quality. Paige understood exactly what I wanted in each room and by working with Paige I was able to determine the most important factor for each window covering we chose (i.e. black-out shade in the bedroom, regular shade in oversized hall window, dual french door shades in heavily used french door, but all in one shade for seldom used french door onto small balcony). This saved we money and allowed me to customize my shade options for each window. I can't say enough great things about the installer (I think he's Canadian). He was very efficient and packed out everything he brought into my house. I swear, half the time I didn't even know he was there (and I had the security company at my house during the same time frame and was also trying to work from home). The installer gave me some great tips and tricks on using the blinds and took time to show me how to properly operate each of the different window coverings he installed. Buget Blinds have a fantastic staff, each person I dealt with was incredibly friendly and personable. I honestly can't say enough good things about this team. They stock a wide variety of window coverings to suit even the most persnickety of people.

I recently purchased a home that needed shades and blinds. The initial design consultation was great and we were given lots of great ideas. Everything was measured to custom fit our windows. We came across a few stumbling blocks with some flaws in one of the shades that was reordered twice. Instalation of the same blind also required extra vists, because the home I live in has settled and created difficulty. They were very appologetic in the process and even got us a gift card for the hassel. The end result was worth the delays and I would definately recomend them to others and use their service again.

I very strongly recommend Budget Blinds of West Seattle. I recently moved to West Seattle, purchased a 96 year old house - with paper "staging blinds" that had been hanging in the windows in this adorable house for 6 years. I contacted Budget Blinds of West Seattle as I read many good reviews on Yelp and I wanted to buy locally. Co-owner Kendra listened to my concerns, both the clean look I wanted and the financial restrictions. I did not think I could afford more substantial options. Kendra loves older homes and knew that plantation shutters would look amazing. She measured and quoted both the cell blinds I was sure I wanted, and also quoted the shutters that definitely suited the integrity of the house. I am so happy that I kept an open mind and listened to Kendra - a true professional. The installation of my shutters was done by her husband, the co-owner of the business and a great installer who has been with them for years. Awesome job - very fast and very clean! The office personnel were very friendly and kept me informed through-out the whole process. It is wonderful to find such great customer service and quality care. Thanks.

Ordered blinds and drapes for my new house. When they arrived (quickly!), we realized we had a miscommunication about the size of drape. Kendra was super responsive and resolved my concerns quickly. Waiting for new drapes to arrive!

I'd definitely recommend Budget Blinds if you need window coverings. They have outstanding customer service, their prices are affordable and the product selection is great. Kendra, the owner, was actually the one who came to our home consultation and was more helpful than we could have ever imagined! She really helped guide the experience while working with our budget. We were ecstatic with the results.
