Each fragrance is formulated with only the world's finest essential oils and natural ingredients, and every product is meticulously produced and presented in an antique inspired apothecary bottle. Through our signature Home Ambiance Fragrances and corresponding Room Sprays, Perfume, and most recently Body Moisturizers and Bath & Shower Washes, the charm, authenticity and sophistication of Antica Farmacista endures. After leaving the workplace to raise her two sons, Shelley Callaghan continues her creative direction and passion now as owner/partner in the luxury fragrance company, Antica Farmacista As co-owner of the company, Shelley stepped in to take over the reigns of the creative division in 2004. Her passion for fragrance and the creative process fuels her love and appreciation for her daily work. Her business partnership with close friend Susanne Pruitt, with her strong financial background, has proven to be a perfect balance for both the company and their friendship. Their commitment to each other is to "use the company as a tool to only add to their friendship...never take away." In addition to her business related creative interests, Shelley is passionate about fly-fishinig, skiing, windsurfing, playing golf, cooking, poetry and has been known to thoroughly enjoy a good white burgundy. She also loves long road trips in her 1960 Cadillac Eldorado...and laughs along the way are critical. After taking the business and finance world by storm, Susanne Pruitt made a life-changing decision to channel her business expertise into her ownership of Antica Farmacista. Now, as an owner and partner of the company, Susanne continues her business passion by directing its finances, while partnering with her friend, Shelley Callaghan, to build a brand that evokes true passion in them both. As the mother of two boys and as a breast-cancer survivor, Susanne embraces her passions wholeheartedly: spending much of her free time with her children, windsurfing, cycling, running, snowboarding, yoga, cooking, and of course, growing the Antica Farmacista business right along side her friend Shelley, where laughs are an integral component to the business's success.
