DO NOT USE!!! THEY DAMAGED MY CAR AND REFUSED TO PAY! My insurance company has made repeated attempts to contact them with no response. When I picked up my car after a trip there was damage to my bumper and hatch door.

I parked here for a week and notice 6.5 miles traveled, they said they park at another lot for overflows, figure cost of gas used. When I got back picked up my car notice bumper damage when I got home. Because I did not notice it before I left the lot and did not file a claim, they are not liable. I told them it was late evening and lighting is not great, called back ASAP that night, and you trust your car would be in the same condition.Owner reviewed camera tapes and talked with workers, with no evidence they damaged. He said there is a possible cause by a customer hitting my car. With this occuring on the lot, you would think the company would be liable. He said they are not liable for the damage. Suggest if you park with a valet lot, be sure to inspect you car for any damages and check mileage traveled on it before leaving lot. I will not park with valet lot again.
