After much research I opened a new restaurant in Salinas this year. An important part of my research was finding helpful, reliable and affordable suppliers. Looking in the phone book I realized there were many businesses that could supply my restaurant and janitorial supplies. During my initial phone call I was impressed by the professional courtesy. When I went in for a visit my positive first impressions were confirmed. Not only were the people helpful but the huge showroom had pretty much everything I needed. I like to get the "feel" of equipment before I buy it. When I am here I am seeing and handling the equipment not ordering out of a catalog.



Opening a new commercial account was simple. I have made special orders and asked for extra fast delivery and neither have been a problem.This company is big enough to grow with me.



The owners Dave and Percy provided the assurance I needed that I had found a good business partner. I wanted to leave a review to give props to this business.
