I have two temperamental Pekingese dogs 😆 I've been taking them to the Ark at both locations for years. I highly recommend them. Excellent staff that takes loving care of both of my children

This is the WORST customer service EVER!!!!!! They did a terrible job (Mary) on my dog. When I complained and took my dog back, they made excuses as to why they did it the way they did, never offering to fix their mistake!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD SUGGEST that you don't use these people!!!! A sorry excuse for a business or a dog salon!!!

I have been looking for a place to get my dog Baxter groomed for a while. I have never had such a fabulous job done since we have had him. SHOW QUALITY. She made my BOY dog look like a BOY. Novel concept. Every other place sent him home looking like a Diva YUCK. Not Holly. She gets it. If you have a girl dog she will make sure she gets the diva treatment. So either way its a win win. I couldn't be happier and I will take him there from now on. She also was very friendly a dog person herself. She has a standard poodle so also grooms for show. So if you have a show dog she will do that too if you don't have time to do it yourself. So drop everything and get your dirty, filthy, smelly raggity looking dog over to see Holly. You won't regret it. HAPPY CAMPERS you will be. I hope this helped.
