I've been away from the gym far too long. I tried a few classes on the advice of a friend. She promised it was different than all those other places filled with treadmills weights and tons of equipment I do not know how to use. She also promised Coach Chris was determined to make it work for everyone no matter their fitness level..... She was dead on! I don't even have a fitness level and I have some old injuries that put in that spot. Chris listened and modified exercises so that I could participate without feeling old and fat. He is fun and convincing. You just want to do what he asks. It is for your own good.

They recently added yoga to their offering. Megan is amazing. She doesn't just do crazy poses and expect you to follow along she explains and modifies as needed.

I have found my new home gym....it just happens to be in Old Town!
