Micah Hale, DO has excelled with conventional medical care in the emergency room for 20+ years. He grew up in San Jose, CA and Las Cruces, NM. He attended undergraduate studies within the California and Maui, HI Community Colleges network and completed his undergraduate studies with the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He earned his Doctorate in Osteopathinc Medicine at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine-Tulsa and completed his Allopathic Internship and Residency at The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine-Tulsa-Family Medicine program. During Residency was when a love of Emergency Medicine began with moonlighting in rural Oklahoma. Work in the ER has been in Oklahoma, California, and for the past 13 years in Arizona. Dr. Hale has been an EMS centralized medical direction partner with International Medical Direction for the past 4 Years in Arizona. He is currently affiliated with and treats patients with the following national Addiction Medicine Companies, Ria Health LLC and Quit Genius LLC. The past 6+ years Dr. Hale has been an Emergency Room Physician with Dignity Health- Arizona General Hospital system in the Phoenix, AZ area. Dr. Hale has now created a Conventional Medicine Diagnostic Practice focused on Holistic Care via Telemedicine with his company, Medicine Man Inc. in Scottsdale, Arizona.
