Al was very patient with me and my son as we looked at a few cars at the different dealerships. He explained the vehicle to us as far as where all the gadgets were before we left. Everyone was great throughout the whole process. I will definitely return.

Had an outstanding buying experience. However follow up with license plate new tires, this was very slow, and required several emails on my part too make happen. Brandi in service was great once we got rolling with things. Never heard from my sales man again after sale.

Greeted by Friendly Professional Sales Rep the second I walked in the door. Explained all the options on the vehicle I was interested in. Addressed all concerned and got them corrected before purchase.

Working with Ray was a very positive experience, to say the least. In fact, it was the very best car-buying experience I've ever had. I felt like he was shooting me straight, through the entire process. He, and everyone else there, treated my wife, and I, very well and did a great job accommodating us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ray Garcia and Mark Mitsubishi!

James was very professional and informative. He didn't pressure us into buying and allowed us to make an educated decision on our terms. By the time we had made up our minds to purchase it did not feel as if we were actually purchasing a vehicle. The process was rather pleasant and enjoyable and actually fun. We have to say it. Was the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. Thanks James.

I came in for an oil change. My appointment was for 1:00 however, I called to reschedule an earlier time and Jenna made it happen. While I was waiting outside as I brought my dog- Jenna gave the dog water in a cup- Jenna then asked if I applied for the gas rebate, I had no idea. Jenna arranged the paperwork for me right then and there. The attention and service I received today and previous times is why my husband and I keep coming back! This is our 2nd Kia from your dealership. Brandi and Jenna could not have been more professional. Thank you.

just wanted to let you know that todays experience with Chris one of your service advisors was very pleasant. Last time I was at your dealership I had a negative experience with a service rep who no longer works there, which does not surprise me!! He was holding down the fort at the dealership today. I watched him not only handle the entire waiting room {as your receptionist decided to take a break with a full room of customers} But run and get change for one gentleman and check out customers. He gave me several options as how to deal with the problems with my 2012 Sportage and did it with a SMILE on his face!!! Wow what a difference that makes!! Thank you Chris, and in the future I will make sure it is only you I get as a service advisor!

Actually, I had a pretty good time. We really enjoyed the hospitality and the friendly, positive, and kind attitude of the staff, especially Chris Cook. The western country lodge style design and layout of their facility is outstandly beautiful. Purchasing a vehicle is not an every day event. It can be an expensive nightmare. This experence was a fun time. I think the positive attitude of their staff and the plesent atmosphere of the facility made the perfect mix for the type of transaction we made. Marketing-wise, this delership has a real good thing going for them. This wasn't the drab oh-hum experience we have been use to. This is the second purchase we have made from this location, and it probably won't be the last.

Joseph did an exceptional job with all aspects of the sales/leasing process. He was very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. He never stooped to the"high pressure" car salesman attitude and that was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Joseph and Mark Kia to my friends.
