This store has the best selection and prices on beads. The shop is bright, clean and easy to fined just what you want. If you need help the staff is always ready to help you. They do a great job on any repairs I have brought in. As for the perfume, the owner is asthmatic and the perfume causes her to have trouble breathing. She will help you but from a distance.

This store does not deserve any stars. The store itself was not bad. The owner, or whoever is running the establishment is so incredibly rude, they do not warrant any customers. I would not consider buying so much as a seed bead from this store when there is Arizona Bead Supply around the corner with the most polite staff imaginable, why would anyone want to bother with this place. I can more than understand why people have it in for this place. There is a big sign on the door as you enter stating that people with perfume on are not welcome, or words to that effect. I went in the store as I had not done my usual over spray on cologne, only to be told to move well away from the sales person which would have been fine, except the way it was said was so accusatory and rude. Had I have been asked in a more friendly and polite manner I would have been more than happy to comply. While at first this bead store may come across as really quiet, it's almost unbelievable, because of their selection! I don't believe any store's Swarovski selection compares! They also have an incredibly stocked gemstone case that will leave you wanting. Do check it out, cause my favorite part of visiting Double Joy is sifting through their $1 baggy section! You find some beautiful things, and sometimes not having to by the whole strand is a blessing!
