Provided by YP.comWe bought The Micro II and the unit has good reviews, but I give Covert Track customer service a -5 Stars. NO Weekend support unless your "Law Enforcement" GPS tracking is a 24-7 job. I have installed a unit on our first company car and I was having problems tracking on a sunday. Called in and instructed to leave a meaasage, unless I was "Law Enforcement"...I was desperate for help so i pressed "Law Enforcement" and advised call taker on the "Law Enforcement" line of my issue. The Tech on-Call called me back, and I tried to explain my issue, Even told him I'd pay for support, but he didnt want to hear it, didnt care because I wasn't "Law Enforcement" and hung up on me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - $600 for this unit, and NO Weekend help!! REALLY!!!!! I'll think twice before sending anyone to them for due to their customer service. We were never advised if we wanted Weekend service that it was an extra charge, but even still the tech didnt want my money for help.
