Sometime ago, I purchased 10 automobile “Full Detail" coupons with no expiration dates from Cobblestone Auto Spa, since I have used 5 of them without any problem. I recently went to the Cobblestone Auto Spa franchise at which I purchased the coupons for an auto detail and was told the coupons were no longer valid for a full detail because the price of a detail had increased. I was told that my options where to redeem the coupons for what I paid for them or make up the difference out of pocket for the current price of the detail. I was also informed that had I purchased the coupon a month ago and the price had increased, the policy would be the same. I feel Cobblestone Auto Spa is misleading customers with their coupons for service and has no intensions of honoring their commitment. Had I known, this was their policy, I would have never paid $800.00 for “Full Detail” coupons, for there is no advantage to buying coupons in advance.

I purchased the Premium Car Wash which clearly states includes McGuires Hand Wax and polish. I stood by and watched the entire process and did not see any wax applied to my vehicle. They called my name when they completed the wash and I asked them why they did not wax the vehicle as stated on their menu board. The Manager came over and explained to me that they use a spray bottle to wax the vehicle. I called him on it and asked to see the video to prove it to me. He took me into the back video room and showed me where a guy sprayed a spot on the passenger door of my vehicle with black spray bottle. He proceeded to tell me that they just spot spray the vehicle and that the only spot that needed to be waxed was where they sprayed the so called McGuires Wax. I will never ever go back to this FRAUD Car Wash again.

I SAW A MANAGER YELLING AT EMPLOYEES HERE ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS: I'VE SEEN BAD TREATMENT OF EMPLOYEES HERE BEFORE BUT THIS GUY WAS YELLING AND SLANDERING IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND OTHER EMPLOYEES. NOT TO MENTION MY CAR HAD SCRATCHES ON THE PAINT AFTER BEING "WAXED!!!"

Don't send your children in here unprotected. They will come out with a $225 bill for an oil change and car wash. My child thought it was going to be $99.00. The oil change alone was $49.99. It was for Special Oil. Whatever that means. Also an interior detail that she had no idea she was getting, an air filter, wiper blades, radiator flush. all for just under $228.00.
