My boyfriend and I went there to get a new car and met with Tye, who was EXTREMELY rude fo my European boyfriend. Not sure if Tye just hates European's or if he was just upset that my boyfriend asked questions. I think Tye believed I was an easy mark, but got upset because I wasn't going to be taken advantage of. He actually asked my boyfriend if they were going to have a confrontation! I've never been so embarrassed in my life nor so humiliated! Tye then began to treat us like white trash (I'm a 51 yr old RN, my boyfriend a successful restrateur). I've never been treated so poorly in my life and altho I still like the car, I won't buy one from THAT dealership!!!!

I cant possibly tell you how many times I've heard, "no we're different, and it won't happen here", and been sold til I was blue in the face on the experience of buying a car was not going to remind me of how much I would rather get a root canal.I just dropped in after recieving an email offer and paid the price advertised. No more No LESS, unfortunately. I would like the abillity to haggle them a little. Aside from the 30 minutes in the Finance department, the transaction was actually rather fast.

These guys stuck a sticker on my new car's paint that I couldn't remove without damaging the pant. Had to take it back to the dealer and they didn't say sorry or anything. Becareful you don't get this dealer to do the same to you, they didn't even say they were sorry or did they offer anything but that to drive it in and they would remove it. So a few hours later and a drive up there and it was removed, but this is not what I expect from a new car dealer.

I bought a new car from this dealer, when I took it home I noticed a nice oval advertisement stuck on the new car's paint in the back of the car. I couldn't remove it without damaging the paint and had to take it back to the dealer to remove. Haven't had it removed, but isn't that a nice thing they do. Watch out if you buy from them that they don't stick their adverstiment on your new car's paint. Frustration.
