Wow. There's a reason this guy has nothing better to do than THIS. Check out HIS online reviews- there's a pattern here. Thin-skinned and hot tempered; after his last response in our email exchange I chaulked it up to a medical condition or the need for a 12 step program. Read his comments and notice that he believes he's somehow entitled to my business. In our biz epoxy flooring does in fact chip badly when heavy objects are dropped on it; my objections are valid. This boils down to different biz philosophies: I treat my customers and potential customers like kings. This guy seems to be a desparate contractor who got his feelings hurt. What did you think it was going to coast? You work on nice cars, I would think you would want a nice floor. There is really nothing more I can cut to help you out on pricing. I have given you the best I possible can. If you are going to coat it, do it right otherwise don't do anything. I can take that with me when I leave plus it looks a lot better than epoxy and won't chip when we drop heavy, sharp objects on it. Your unfamiliarity with options in the flooring industry surprise me and your attitude comes across as arrogant and flippant. I would tread more carefully in the future as to how you talk to potential customers. I DO work on nice cars and could never talk to my customers this way. Good luck with your business. Frank Beck Hey Frank, Thanks for the insult. There is nothing wrong with what I said to you. I treated you with respect from day one. I am very knowledgeable in my industry. The one who is not knowledgeable is you. The tile looks like crap, the race deck is garbage and the best thing is an 100% solid epoxy floor with a high gloss finish plus you need the moisture protection down and polyaspartic so you are not shut down. I also gave you options of breaking the job in half for you to save money. Just because you lack knowledge in this field does not justify you putting me down. I will fill a complaint to the BBB and the city of Scottsdale on your behavior towards me. All I have done is helped you on what you called me for. What did you think I was going to do? Coat your floor for free? Don't call contractors and waste their time if you have no money and no need to put others down. Your lack of money and knowledge is clearing upsetting you and therefor making you blame others. Good luck!
