Do not trust the owner of Action Arizona Home Improvements Inc. William Rudd Gruntler. Fraudulent business scheme!!!



He is a scammer, devious liar and lousy workmanship!! He sold me a cheap air handler but he used the old parts to save himself more money.



When new contractor dismantled the air handler found the old clogged up PVC pipe filled with derbies you can't even see through it, that cause leakage and created lot of rust and molds, he re-used the cover for Coil was too small for the new Coil and didn't even bother to sealed the old vent pipe that cause Carbon Monoxide poisoning , and he covered up the "fresh air hole" for my gas furnace!! He is license contractor but didn't' even know the hole is for fresh air?? He told me because the "hole" suck in the hot air so my AC is not working properly. How did he got his license??

I filed complaint with ROC and he got away with legal citation; only because I can't wait for him to correct the lousy job he done! After 10 months he lie and lie never come back to fix the problem, ROC give him a license to steal.
