Fantastic service, we always take our cat here from Kalamazoo. The receptionist and doctors administer the best service and care, Simon has been going here since he was a kitten. I would recommend Schoolcraft Vet!

Our WHOLE family and friends love Schoolcraft Vet for over 37 years.

Very unhappy because I knew ahead of time how much my visit will cost but when it came time to pay it was way more than I was told plus my visit took 90 minutes which is way too long to wait at the vet just sitting in the room!

As I read the previous ratings & experienced this clinic as a client for over10years I realize that the type of people who would put Negative things on here r just troubled/angry people.You point fingers & say names & u don't even know them, the girl w/out a smile could of just lost her pet or was not feeling well, the technician may have had ten others treating her like you were (crappy).Anything to complain about! Have u ever left a good review? Of course not, people like you dont! This place is busy those employees put up w/a ton of rude people,ive seen it sitting in lobby& they r still nice unless u r a crappy person to them&who can blame them when they get talked to like they do.If u care about pets this is by far the best vet around.Every person there cares&works hard&will put u first. Don't listen to these unhappy people who speak names cuz they probably just wanted something for nothing&don't care about pets anyways. We love u Schoolcraft VET!!!

I won't be going back. They don't seem concerned with my dog, just the money. One of the gals behind the desk has a constant frown on her face. I'm not going back.

Worst experience with a business EVER! Ashley is rude and the vet is not good. Caused our dog to have incontinence and cost me thousands if dollars. DO NOT GO HERE.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I wish I had the time and space to explain my entire situation, but that would take too long.



All I can say is that this clinic charged us for euthanizing our dog after she was hit by a car. The only problem was they did not such thing. We tried to contact them to inform them of their mistake and were never able to get in touch with the person we needed to speak to. We received a phone call from them telling us that we are 90 days late on this bill. When we tried to explain the situation we were YELLED at by Kathy, the office manager, and finally hung up on. We tried to call back three times to get this taken care of. The second phone call also ended with Kathy yelling at us and hanging up on us. On the third time, we let Kathy get her yelling out of the way and told her we would be happy to pay the bill once the euthanization charge came off. She said it already was, but we were unable to pay the bill because she already sent us to collections.



I am not one to call for somebody’s job…but Kathy should find another line of work. Her people skills are non-existent, and her attitude is beyond explanation. I have no problem with her sending us to a collection agency. I will gladly settle my debt with them for pennies what the actual bill was. Kathy may think that sending us to collections would ‘teach us a lesson’, but all she did was cost herself more work and very little reward. I know the collection agency will gladly take a cut out of what we pay, letting Kathy collect about $6 on the original bill of $60.



Please, do not take your pets to this place. They are very, very cheap…but your pets deserve better then these people.
