on Tuesday February 17th I had to go fill up gas at this station I park ed my car at pump 8 went inside and ask the lady at the register 8 on 30 she then repeated 8 on 30 back to me when I then went to go pump gas I noticed that it asked me to insert card I noticed that there was no gas put on the pump I then went inside and told the cashier she did not put the 30 on the pump she then told me that I was wrong and that I gave her the wrong pump she told me that she put it on pump 2 because that is what I told her I did ask for a manager which there was none to assist me the cook that was there at the gas station then came over and reviewed my receipt and saw that she put it on pump 9 they both were very rude and then told me that it wasn't their fault and that it was my fault and they couldn't give me my money back I was they're arguing with them for about 30 minutes and they proceeded to be rude and the lady was talking to me as if I was not a customer and kept telling me that I was wrong.they gave me a number and told me that the manager or the owner would be in tomorrow to talk to me about the situation and they would call me they never did call me I had to call them the next day the owner George talked to me and started arguing with me again saying that her employees were right and I was wrong the manager the manager then also said to me "what would you want me to do eat $30" I then was very angry at the comment and the way I was being treated she think continue to tell me that her register people do not make mistakes after the disagreement with George the owner he told me that he would review video and get back to me the next day once again they did not call me back about the situation and when I called the location George was not there very upset at their establishment in the fact that I had to eat $30 due to their incompetence
