I dealt with Phil, Isaiah and Mike They are wonderful! I got top-notch customer service from this location. I WILL be using them again real soon!

BEWARE-BEWARE as the staff at this Enterprise Schiller Park, IL location has turned over!! After being a loyal customer for years, I have now experienced the WORST customer service possible! On a Sunday (branch closed), I returned my rental vehicle in the same condition as received. My brother was my witness as we did a walk-around and saw that everything was fine and there was ABSOLUTELY NO dings. I inserted the keys in their Drop Box. The next day they phoned to tell me their Insurance Division would be contacting me about a ding on the Passenger door. I said there was NO ding and I wanted to talk to the Mgr. I was told he was busy and that he would call me back. That was 2 days ago and The Mgr. did not have the decency to return my call!! I have filed a Complaint with Enterprise's Corporate Office. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER!! **GO ELSEWHERE AND AVOID THIS SCHILLER PARK ENTERPRISE BRANCH!!!**
