NEGATIVE ZERO STARS!!!! Worst place ever, the owners/coaches are a bunch of SCUM allowing a coach to humiliate and bully a student on a Facebook page. It doesn't matter that student danced there her entire life, all that matters is them being able to smoke, drink and pop pills. DISGUSTING!! Save your time, money and sanity and go someplace where your child will be valued and respected. Best decision I EVER made was to pull my kids out of that so called studio. This is there mission:" At Ferrara dance studio we not only teach children to dance, but we help them build confidence and self-expression. We help children stay physically fit and give them an outlet for their energy as dancing is great exercise. But mostly, WE HAVE FUN!" THEY DO NOT BUILD CONFIDENCE AT ALL. THEY ONLY FUN HAD THERE IS THE OWNERS/COACHES SMOKING,DRINKING AND POPPING PILLS, THE KIDS DO NOT HAVE FUN GETTING YELLED AND DISRESPECTED!!! I'm sure if JACK FERRARA was still alive this would NOT be going on and they would have alot more students there. Instead they are so pathetic they need to find students that have already graduated to come back and be in their parades and dance recitals. I give it less than 5 years and this business will be down the gutters.

This is by far the WORST place ever and the ONLY reason they got one star is because I could not say ZERO stars. My best friend danced there for FIVE years , her senior year she was told she ether LOST WEIGHT or did not dance two of her numbers.The stupid jerks even ordered her costumes A SIZE TO SMALL and said she ether FIT IT or did not dance.Then at the recital when the teacher mentioned students he had for five years , he left her out , because she was not a favorite or in his so called " advanced class". I joined for the tumble class and was told over and over about my weight , and that I was TO BIG!!!! The owners and half the teachers smoke during class , a few it seems come and are acting stoned or smell like they have been drinking. They pick favorites and treat the rest like crap , they lie to parents and over charge for everything. Money hungry fenes I say.

This has got to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL dance studio around. There are extremely negative attitudes displayed by the owners and some of the teaching staff. A total disappointment from this studio. I would NOT recommend Ferrara's to anyone. After many years of attending recitals, competions, participating and promoting fundraisers I am quite saddened by the behavior of this studio. We have been supportive and committed to our children and their classmates/teammates. Dancing should be fun, learning experience. I believe that if Ferrara Dance Studio's true mission is to provide a positive and quality experience for children, they should step back and look at the youth they have let down!!

Ferrara dance studio is the most unprofession and unorganized business I have ever seen. For one, the OWNERS stand outside and smoke cigarettes in front of the children and they go outside to smoke during classes while they are supposed to be teaching!! The children are left in the room with a young student teacher so that the teachers, owner included can go have their nicotine fix. Absolutely unprofessional. They also allow their coaches/instructors to disrespect and degrade their students in a disgusting manner. If you arent a "favorite" and speak up for yourself you are treated like SCUM! It disgusts me how much money I have given to this studio in the past years. My children are no longer dancing at Ferraras and are now dancing elsewhere, where they are respected and valued. Absolutely unpofessional would never reccommend to anyone!!!

It is unbelievable that coaches, teachers, etc cannot smoke even at the ball field and they do it at Ferrara's right near the Ferrara trailer around all the kids, in the parking lot where you pull in, etc.We just spent a lot of money there and are never going back. It is dis-organized, you try to talk to them, but they are so gruff. They don't tell you things and then bite your head off when you don't know or try to ask.There is favoritism and if these young girls are being molded, why can't they be a little nicer to the ones that are timid? I am not subjecting my daughter to the meanness there anymore. I spent a lot of money there, and they lost a lot by losing me and the references that I would have given. They do not know how to run a business. Most company owners realize you should be nice to the customers.

REGRET EVER JOINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABUNCH OF COLD HEARTED SNAKES FOR SURE AND THEY HAVE FAVORITES IN CLASSES. THEY DONT LET PEOPLE DO DANCES THEYVE BEEN TAUGHT IN THE SHOW AND ARE EXTREAMLY RUDE. IF YOU WANT TO BE TAUGHT OR HAVE YOUR CHILDREN TAUGHT BY MEAN AND DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE SIGN THEM UP HERE. IT IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I SWEAR THEY ALL NEED ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENTS HERE AND WORST OF ALL THEY SMOKE INSIDE AND RIGHT OUTSIDE THE STUDIO!!!!!!!!!!!THEY RIP UP ONE SIDE OF YOU AND DOWN THE OTHER AND IT IS NOT FAIR! THEY NEED TO LEARN PROPER TEACHING TECHNIQUE OR SHUT DOWN AND THE COSTUMES WELL THEY DO NOT THINK BEFORE PICKING! THEY HAVE SLUTTY COSTUMES AND THEY LOOK GOOD ON ONLY SKINNY GIRLS AND HAVE HEAVY GIRLS IN THE CLASS IT IS NOT RIGHT AT ALL. IT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
