Called in to schedule an appointment, I am new in the area and was experiencing some tooth pain. From the time my call was answered my experience with them was great. They fit me in right away and relieved my issue. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again!

I needed to see a dentist ASAP I was have tooth pains. I called they got me an appointment within the hour and treated me like a valued patient. What more could you ask for? I will never go to another dentist.

This office is simply amaizing, they have everthing you could possibly need. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Lubar and was out of the chairt in less then 45min. Julia is great at what she does and is very compassionate about your fears, and is willing to teach you the correct way to take care of your teeth. All the Doctors in the office are amaizing and always check on you after a visit.

A big thumbs up! The Dental Store doctors were so helpful. They took their time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand, and used these pictures to show me what they were talking about. Plus the staff was friendly and extremely helpful going out of their way to make things easy for me. I love my Dentist!

Lesson learned here: never trust the polished interior decoration!The receptionists attitude was always like stone cold, makes you feel you own them $5000.. But I can tolerate that - until the real nightmare began: I went there to do a crowning, and the crown fell off in merely 3 hours! Worst thing is, when I had to make a second trip back to get it fixed, they tried to charge me extra. The dentist blamed his assistant for putting on "too little" glue... Anyway, he almost dropped the gold crown into my throat later.When the crown was finally done, it doesn't cover the tooth properly, so I have to get it redone in another dentist's office. Oh, and did I mention that I fought with the receptionist for getting my own x-ray docs out of their place?

I made an emergency appt. with the dental store on Wed 6/23/2010. I saw a endodontist his name is Dr. Pawluk. He was extremely rude, arrogant, ignorant and any other choice word I can think of to use. When I went there I was in pain and of course went to find out why. When I was told why I was also told how awful my teeth were, how terrible I would look with no front teeth in my mouth and when I said I was unable to have this A@#%&*# perform a root canal because I needed to get work and was not expecting to have root canal at that moment let alone prepared to pay for one at the very minute, dr. pawluk threw up his hands and said exactly this in a most sarcastic way "Well then I guess this wasn't an emergency!" I would not recomend this dr. to anyone! Not even to fix a dogs teeth. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and belittled. Not to mention made my pain factor shoot up 10 times more than it was when I walked in the door. What ashame, that he took an oath to treat every patient

Their front desk reps provide the worst customer service I've experienced. That includes scheduling, insurance and billing question and the general greeting, etc.

These people lie and cheat. Don't use them.
