great food and great service. the atmosphere here makes us want to come back here week after week. now that they added a few drinks like mimosas, bloody marys, etc. they also expanded the restaurant which lessens the waiting line.. always focus on customer satisfaction

Best Pancakes! They are all great but my favorites are the 49ers flap jacks. Their side of blueberries are great. Baked pecan pancake is awsome. Great bacon and they put a little onion in the hash browns. Don't let the strip mall location sway you, this is a must for breakfast.

Great food and super fast service. You have to try the Apple Pancake... melts in your mouth... even better when you add ice cream to it! In the heart of the Schaumburg area. If your in town visiting this place is a must.

I made reservations at Apple Villa for 18-20 people a MONTH ahead of date. I called the morning OF date to confirm our reservations. We showed up for our reservations to find NO tables available!!! We were told that they "should have told me they don't take reservations". Mind you when I called the morning OF they knew who I was and of my reservations and STILL said nothing to me!!! When we complained they basically were unapologetic for their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We called Richard Walkers from their site and were able to make short notice reservations for our LARGE party. We all drove our cars over to Schaumburg's Richard Walkers to find tables awaiting us!!!! I am disgusted w/ Apple Villa's lack of cust. service and don't even recommend anyone going there just on that alone!! A little piece of advice to Apple Villa- Tell your EMPLOYEES you DON'T take reservations!!!!!!! I highly recommend Richard Walkers... excellent Customer Service... the staff is pleasant and courtesy.
