Great Service. Mike came out and explained several options to take care of our problem. He was very helpful with finding a solution that was cost effective. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for all types of plumbing work that you might need.

He did excellent, professional work in re-routing our plumbing among other tasks. He was able to do quality work with the least amount of damage to property. Called company for bid they were right on time for appointment. The price was a hundred dollars more than my best price and I informed person that I was not interested in service. The next day manager from company called me and asked how he could earn business. I told him that his price was reason I choose not to us them. I was told that people lie about price just to get cheaper and if I wanted lower price I would have to fax in bids to him. He called me since I had told them I was going with someone else and he told me that I was lying to get lower price. I would never recommend them to Any one

Mr. Rooter of Schaumburg installed a kitchen faucet. The company called to confirm the plumber would arrive within the hour, the plumber wore protective shoes, was polite, efficient, knowledgable and did a great job. I would recommend Mr. Rooter of Schaumburg.

We had a slow kitchen drain. Ed Butler did an outstanding job fixing our situation. He was professional, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend him to a friend or family. He also did some work for my mother in law. Customer service was terrific and workmanship top notch!

DAN, THE TECH YOU SENT WAS VERY POLITE AND INFORMATIVE. HE LKES DOGS TOO--THAT'S IMPOTANT! WE DECIDED NOT TO TAKE THE MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE THAT MANY PLUMBING ISSUES. HOWEVER IF THAT CHANGES WE WILL CERTAINLY CALL YOU AND HOPE THAT DAN IS STILL WITH YOU. HE'S TERRIFIC!! HE REPLACED 3 WATER SHUT OFF VALVES UNDER THE SINK. Hi Kim and Steve From River Grove Il. We had Mr. Rooter Plumbing out today for a free plumbing check up. Mike H came out and went over all of our plumbing explaining ways for us to save money. We need to have our sewer main rodded. He was very detailed and no pressure. We both learned a lot and will be calling Mike and Mr Rooter in the future. Great Company

Michael J. in Northlake, IL. Called for service on March 30, 2012. Drains running slow. Mike then rodded our tub drain. After pulling my outside cleanout he rodded main line and found major roots. Mike from Mr. Rooter came out and did an awesome job!!! Would highly recommend.

I had Mike and Ryan from Mr. Rooter come out and do a full inspection for FREE! Mike came out and gave us some great recommendations he spent 3 hours looking at our home and giving me the Cliff notes version of plumbing 101. Mike and Ryan came out to replace our water heater which was a ticking time bomb. They also updated valves and replaced the gas line in under 2 hours. They also chatted with my son and had no problem with my crazy dogs. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Mike. We also joined the Advantage Plan which will be very helpful for future work we will have done. Holmes on homes has nothing on Mike.

Hello my name is Sally and I live in Cicero, IL. I called Mr rooter plumbing because my toilet was leaking. MikeH came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. I also had flood issues in my basement and am having Mr Rooter put in a battery back up storm pro sump system.They installed faucets and are putting in a main line check valve Monday. They Did a Great Job so far and would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.
