Worst customer service ever. I tried to return something that doesn't fit and attended the store 3 times, and each time I was told something different. Now the returning period is gone and I'm having $200 needless item. On the third attempt, I received very rude and unprofessional treatment from Jennifer. She behaved really unlovely and was trying to make me feel miserable. This is so discreditable for such an exquisite store. I would never buy something from BOSS again.
