Provided by YPmobileFood is frozen and pre cooked. The owner is horrible and won't redo meals and told me he would prefer I don't order from him because I asked for no garlic in the chicken!! He is a failure of a business owner. The shrimp is crunchy and the beef is ok when warm. Not somewhere to waste your money!
