This place is a joke! I went back for the $650 trade in offer and they couldn't do anything for me. I brought in my last bill and my phone and Marquis acted stupid. They told me I have to pay that bill and it take 4-5 months for payment to come through. He said that he never told me that they pay the bill!! Thats EXACTLY what he told me. I brought my phone in twice for a trade in, and i still have it. When i called AT&T ( another joke) they told me to bring in my phone to a store to trade it in. When MARQUIS, took about 30 minutes to go online and do the trade in application, he then shows me the computer screen and tells me that the copy of my last bill that your suppose to attach to the application, is too large to send. So, my question is, if it takes an AT&T employee a half hour to fill out an application and then attach a file, and he still can't send it, How do they expect the average client to do what they can't??? Attorney General and BBB get ready!!
