If I could leave zero stars I would. Went here for a birthday lunch with 14 people. Although we had previously made the reservation, there was no record of it. We had even had confirmed it twice, but they still told us we should have called it in. We had to wait 20 minutes to even be seated! Most of us got the buffet. My brother found a metal screw in his food. Disgusting. Upon telling the manager, NOTHING happened to resolve the situation - he offered to give him a free beer, but didn't really appear apologetic at all. God forbid that he had ingested that screw. It was extremely disappointing that the manager did not realize the severity of the situation and almost even laughed it off, instead of offering a discount or some other compensation. We will NEVER come back here, and would advise that others do the same.

Worst place to eat food is not good and do not work there horrible place to work I know and manager are horrible at there job

Anyone who has ever eaten in Pizza & Brew will agree that eating there is a delight to the palate! Their menu is quite extensive and the quality of their food, beyond superb. Their prices are very reasonable and the portions served are so large that I (a consummate eater) always have to take leftovers home. The wait staff is mostly the same as the people working there are very loyal to the owners and have been there for years on end. You can't go wrong eating lunch or dinner at Racanelli's Pizza & Brew! Enjoy as you are in for a treat.
