Except for davaro nurse and Tammy staff needs to be more professional!! And stop lying about courtesy calls and mailing cards cause to mail a card to a address not even in the chart is unprofessional and seem deceitful. And to set a appointment then find out your childs not on the appointment is not a mistake is unprofessional. Check files cause every time office left messages child was there then all the sudden to you dont get them really if i make a 3 to 6 mo. Appointment you better call and send a card to address in my file very upset after over 6 years cause your staff is messing with my granddaughters eye sight!! I am a upset grandmother and will let everyone know. Also i know the channels to take !! Very unfortunate that it has come to this. But thankvyou Tammy and Davaros nurse!! The rest well good luck on becoming better cause i would investigate all files with your initials on them!!!
