Provided by YP.comI waited 2 and a half hours. The last 30 minutes at the request of the driver after I called my insurance company back to see what the delay was. This was on a Saturday and I had other obligations which I was late for and my vehicle is still stranded. Don't do business with these people they have no customer service skills or proffessionalism.
