Welcome to Changes Counseling's Sauk Rapids - St. Cloud Minnesota location. Are you or your child feeling overly anxious, sad or angry? Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed with changes in your life? Children, adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, sadness, self-esteem problems, irritability or anger can find relief here. Changes Counseling offers a 30 minute free consultation to see if therapy could be helpful for you or your child. Our goal is to support you in becoming more of who you really are. Our goal is to help children work through their difficulties and support parents to re-connect and better understand their child. We believe the ability to heal and grow is within everyone. We will work with you to move towards healing by listening, processing difficult feelings or events and developing strategies to address the symptoms that have become unmanageable.
