I would NEVER recommend any one using this dealership. I went there with the intent of buying a nice durango that was a great price. I test drove it, it wasx clean, and made me really happy. they took my old car from me as a trade for a couple hundred off and I was really excited about saving money. I was guarenteed passing inspection also. Well, a week went by and I did not pass. The check engine light came on, the ABS brakes were failing and i took my car to their mechanic, because they told me I would have to pay if I didnt use there mechanic, and all they did was turn the check engine light off without fixing it. After bringing to the mechanic three time I became annoyed and the dealer called me a pluthera of bad names and said he was doing me a faovr. I have put in over a thousand dollars on this car and now my power steering is gone and I travel for my job. Dont ever go to this dealer if unless you want to be fed a bunch of bull.

Edd’s Auto Exchange in Saugus and Chelsea MA !!! This is not a car dealer you want to do business with. They do not stand behind the vehicles when there are serious problems. The do not return phone calls. They do not give you honest answers to your questions. They are the stereotypical sleazy used car guys we have all been warned about before. You are being warned again stay away from these guys. You will get burned. Ask me I will give you details!!!!!
