After arranging for the county to be at our new home on the day of delivery of our culvert, this company did not show up with the culvert. The "message to deliver" was not passed on the week before. Now we have to wait two more weeks to get this installed which is two more weeks of waiting to get into our new home and two more weeks of rent at out rental house. I'm very dissatisfied. My husband who is much more understanding says these things happen but do me, for the price they charged for this culvert, forgetting our delivery and costing me two more weeks is just unacceptable.
