Welcome to our clinics! Opening in 1996, we have been practicing for 12 years at our Riverton office. It is our pleasure to serve many of the residents in the south end of Salt Lake County. Our Zenith office in Saratoga Springs opened in April of 2008 to serve the families of northern Utah County. Our Lehi Office opened March of 2015. We offer eight providers with a combined experience of over 75 years, so you know you'll get expert care. Same day availability means we can see you quickly for serious injuries or illnesses. Extended evening and weekend hours gives you more options for an appointment. We accept most insurance, so chances are we've got you covered. If not, we offer a generous self-pay discount to help your budget. Our Riverton & Saratoga offices are conveniently located right off of Redwood Road. Our Lehi office is at 3401 Center St. #175. All of this means you've come to the best place for your family's continued health!

Services/Products
Our Saratoga Springs office is open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with a lunch break from 1 pm to 2 pm. Our Riverton office is open weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a lunch break from 1 pm to 2 pm Monday through Friday and from 9 am to 12 pm on Saturday. We accept most medical insurance and offer a generous self-pay discount for those who are not insured. There are X-ray machines at both clinics, including Saratoga's only digital X-ray machine. We offer ultrasounds and nerve-conduction testing in Riverton, and blood testing and various other procedures at both clinics. New patients are welcome at both of our locations. To save time, give us a call and we can fax or email you the necessary forms. Bring the completed forms to your first appointment, along with your driver's license and insurance card. All prescriptions (new or established) require an office visit. Our providers will write your prescription for enough refills to last until you need to be seen again. When you are running out of refills, that's when you should schedule your appointment. Try to do it before you run out! If there is a problem with your refills or for any questions, please feel free to call and ask for assistance from the triage nurse. Existing patients can call our office or visit our Web site to schedule an appointment. If scheduling on our Web site, you will be asked for the user name and password previously given to you.
