I had two absolutely horrible experiences at Wilton Medical Arts. Never have I been around such rudeness and incompetence. They are so rushed and run in and out and barely examine you. Last year I had a foot injury and went to get xrays. They diagnosed it as a sprain and said I could walk on it and it should be okay in 10 days. After 10 days, the pain was worse, so I went to an orthopedic who told me my foot was actually broken, and I also later found out one of my ligaments had completely ruptured. I went back today with several symptoms of mono. I told them I had throat pain and they did not even look at my throat. My eyes were also swollen and they did not even look at my eyes. One doctor even told us she basically hates being a doctor. The doctors and nurses were very condescending as well. I barely had time to utter a word or a question before they ran out. They only positive part of Wilton Medical Arts are the receptionists in the waiting area. Hope to find another place in Saratoga.



Update: went to the Emergency Room today. Turns out I do have mono and that Wilton Medical Arts did the WRONG test and once again, misdiagnosed me and put me on antibiotics I did not need. Please spread the word and do NOT go here.

I do NOT recommend Wilton Urgent Care. If you HAVE to go, make sure you do not see Dr. Barry Mitchell. If you do, you can expect to leave feeling worse than when you came in, and with a bill on top of it. After my experience, I don’t know how this man continues to have a job- he was negligent and rude. There were a couple staff members there that were kind and apologetic, however that doesn’t make up for the fact that I wasted my time and money going there to be told “I will leave feeling the same as when I got there” (mind you, I couldn’t breathe!) and then have to spend more money to go to my regular Dr the next week to actually get help and have tests run and get a diagnosis. Needless to say I will never waste my money or time at Wilton Urgent Care again.
