Very Unprofesssional, sarcastic and cannot abide by the guidelines on what is considered a room. Only goes by his opinion he has been using the same for supposedly 29 years and not the correct guidelines. He thinks he is holier then now. If he comes to your door for an apprsisal best bet shut door on he he is incopmetent, biased and sarcastic and makes his own rules not the ones other apprsisers abide by. A real loser.
