Your repair of my coffee machine, a Saeco Giro which we call R2D2, was perfect. It was nice to get it back after shipping it to you, all repaired. The repair was expensive, but so was the machine originally. Communication with Linda, Diane and Felix was great. I hope to be able to visit your shop some day. Tom in Gainesville
