I have been taking my little neurotic dog to Terry for years. She does a fabulous job.

I was in town for a week and decided to try this groomer. The haircut this groomer gave my dog is the worst she has ever received. When I pointed out how uneven my dog's haircut was, especially around the face and ears, the groomer was very rude and started yelling. She also tried to charge a ridiculous amount. I explained what I usually pay in another part of Florida because it was such a big difference. Her response was, "Well, this is Sarasota." I then called four other groomers in Sarasota and all of their rates were similar or the same as what I pay outside of Sarasota. One of the employees responded to this, saying how bad the other groomers in town are. The worst part was that my dog's tail was tucked when I took her out of the crate they had her in. She appeared scared and unhappy which I have never seen before with any other grooming experience. She is typically like a happy puppy when I pick her up from the groomer. The customer service was terrible.
