I had a similar experience to previous comment here, only I am a regular every six months check ups. I had to find a new dentist due to moving and ended up here. I will never go back and never recommend this doctor. Their technology is shabby. I wasted an hour of my life with them trying to get this set of 18 xrays done. Their machine kept freezing, their tech person unable to get decent images even with the ones they did take. We ended that part with a we'll finish next time when the machine is up and running. The dentist came in for the token few minutes only to tell me I needed to fill a tiny little part where I have a receding gum. My next step was to the hygienist that informed me I had such build up that they had to charge me extra for cleaning. She proceeded to half way clean my teeth...less than 15 minutes...no polish, floss, nothing and pushed out the door. I was then stopped by the front desk people to pay the additional charge that my insurance would not cover. I called back after speaking to my regular dentist and spoke with their office manager who was 0 help as well. I told her I wanted my records including the images that they attempted to take sent back to my dentist and I wanted a copy of what they were submitting to my insurance company. That was mid May...it is now the end of June...I went to my normal dentist when I was visiting family and he said there was no way this could have been that bad. Also they confirmed this dentist office did NOT send my records back. Very very bad service... Last thing my dentist said he would never consider filling something so small either. They are all about fees...be careful!

Can you believe I laughed at the dentist! The staff had the best sense of humor and so organized. I never imagined I would find this in a dental office! It started with the wonderful phone call...

Dr. Druskat and his staff was worderful. That took care of me and really made me feel at ease. I hate going to the dentist and get very nervous. Dr. Druskat made sure I was alright and explained everything before he did it. He also said that if I needed him to stop just give him a signal. Plus, being sedated made it a wonderful experience. The most wonderful dental experience in my life! I had a toothache and was seen immediately. I ended up needing a root canal and crown - Dr. Druskat and his staff took care of me and I left the office pain free. Everything was explained before the treatment begun and his prices were very reasonable. I scheduled to have my teeth cleaned and start work on improving my smile. God bless Dr. Druskat - we need more honest and caring people like him in this world.Barry G.
