Provided by YP.comWhen you go to someone that is highly rated you expect the service from start to finish to be exemplary. Unfortunately that was not the case today with Mariotti Asphalt. In calling for a quote for repair work needed at our business we were greeted with a rude, unprofessional atmosphere of careless attitude. I understand the world today brings the possibility of a bad day for everyone. I would expect with a company of this stature that the voice behind someone in that situation wouldn't be the first you hear when you have business in hand. Just my personal opinion. In our case there are many people out there that actually would like to have a customer such as ourselves who care about what they do and have a smile on their face. It's really a choice of how you would like to go about your day and what you represent. Dave T
