Provided by YP.comAbsolutely the worst experience I have ever experience for what should be a very simple thing. I booked a car 3 days ago get to the location and they don't have it oh but I give you a free upgrade but I don't want you gas guzzling car I want the car I booked 3 days ago. Plenty of time to contact me you would think? So I was left stranded and had to call a friend to come and pick me up and missed all my appointments that I had booked in advance. Customer service big F still waiting for a call from Regional Manager requested 4 hours ago!
