I'd like to take a moment to commend Ms. Veronica Kressel on her work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail in assisting me with my relocation experience down here to Sarasota. Aside from her being very patient with me, she answered every question I had (sometimes twice*) and [I feel] worked diligently to get me moved in as soon as she could. Her considerable coordination with the cleaning staff, maintenance staff and the cable company, amongst the HOA and property owners, was beyond reproach, especially during the Easter holiday weekend. She constantly made herself available to me, even outside normal business hours, and continues to do so, checking in with me every couple of days to ensure my maintenance work orders/requests have been met and that I am comfortable in my new dwelling. I've dealt with real estate agents and realty companies in the past, but do feel as though Ms. Kressel is the epitome of a customer service professional and an outstanding representative of a model property manager throughout the profession. Infinite thanks goes out to Ms. Kressel, and to Casey Realty Corp. for housing an excellent staff.

They are slum lords in my opinion fixing the bare minimum of what I asked for it to be suitable for them to think I can move back in. The apartment hadn't even been cleaned from where the last tenant lived there and they expected me to move in. Then refused to let me out of the lease and said they would fix the major things when they can. Basically in the mean time it didn't matter that I had to pay more rent where I currently was living and not even be able to live in a place that I was paying for with them. There was paint chips hanging from the wall, no screens in the windows even. I also have a 2 year old daughter that could easily mess with those problems. They are unprofessional and rude and care nothing about anything but getting and keeping your money.

When I called about my a.c being broken they were rude and told me there was nothing they could do. The "on call" person could not come out because it was too late. I sat in an 80+ and rising apartment until someone could fix it. When they did come I had to take a 5 hour lunch from work just to do so. I would never recommend his company nor would I ever deal with them again.

Casey Management has been unresponsive to calls and e-mails from our HOA.

I finally received the security deposit I paid Casey Realty for an apartment I rented from them. Had I not had the help of the Better Business Bureau, I would never have received it. Will never do business with this company again!

My girlfriend and I rented an apartment managed by Casey Realty. We gave proper notification that we would not be renewing our lease and did a thorough cleaning of the apartment. Now, they are not wanting to give our deposit back. Their excuse is that they have no record of us paying a security deposit. Amscot provided me with a photo copy of both sides of the money order used for paying the deposit. Showing that the money order was deposited in Casey Realty's bank! I supplied Casey Realty with a copy. Now that I have given them proof, their call screener puts me on hold, makes me listen to some loud, unprofessional party music, then comes back to tell me that Katrina or whoever is on the phone, away from her desk, gone for the day, or whatever the B.S. flavor of the day is. These people are far from professional. I would avoid any financial dealings with them.
